SYNOPSIS
Cry Baby Cry was conceived in three parts that are articulated on several levels. Starting from the notion of triptych in the visual arts, this work proposes a reinterpretation of the term. That is, instead of being presented with three images related by a theme, in Cry the relationship between its parts goes beyond reflection on the central content of the work – infantilism in Brazilian society – to construct another layer that involves the interplay between three specific scenic languages: urban intervention; performance in public spaces; and street theatre.
