SYNOPSIS
FLUZZ is a dance performance by Cia Dancurbana (Campo Grande, MS) in which the body is the starting point, pointing in countless directions, because the path itself is the flow. On stage, six performer-creators use techniques from urban dance, contemporary dance, and improvisation to weave a network of connections. The body is the great communicator between people. It is skin, sensation, flesh, gesture, fear, position, place, space.
The performers' bodies take on different forms. They explore the deconstruction of what already exists, challenge time and space, navigate the real and the imaginary. The movements are networked dialogues that seek to intertwine the timeless. The connections between the bodies and the environment open up countless possibilities for interactions and transformations.
