The Body as a Home

DESCRIPTION

In the first part of the class, a Stretch and Placement session is offered, a fundamental core of the Klein Technique™, focused on skeletal alignment, postural support, and access to the deep supporting muscles. The exercises, performed slowly and carefully, promote a refined listening to the body, favoring its internal reorganization and the perception of movement from the bone structure.

The second part is dedicated to a conversation about the concept of Body-as-Home, which investigates the body as a habitable territory, a space of presence, memory, and subjectivity. Through a sensitive journey that intersects dance, word, and experience, I share aspects of my research, opening space for exchanges with the participants.

FORMAT

Meetings lasting 3 hours.
